When will my order Ship?
Orders generally ship within 24-72 hours from the time the order was placed.
How long does shipping take?
All orders will ship via USPS from our Illinois location. Shipping times will vary, but will usually take 3-5 days to be delivered, once the order has shipped.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We are happy to make an exchange for any reason within 7 days of the delivery date. We just ask that you reach out to us first to let us know.
What is your Return Policy?
We will accept returns up to 7 days from the time the order has been delivered. Customer is responsible for return postage. Please reach out to us first to let us know. if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we want to make it right!

What if I want an item you offer, but I don't see the color I want?
Let us know! We will more than likely be able to print any of our items in your choice of filament color.
What are your 3D printed items made of?
We use a high quality polylactic acid (PLA) filament for all of our 3D printed items. It's made from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane, and is biodegradable under certain conditions.
Please note that items made of PLA do not do well if left in extreme heat or direct sunlight (like in your car in the middle of summer!)
